Can we still lay sod in the winter time ? The answer is yes. Sod becomes dormant in our area throughout the winter months, yet will  green up in the spring time. One of the major advantages of sodding your yard during the winter time is you get a jump on establishing your lawn and you will in turn use less water. We prep each and every lawn correctly before installation, this includes making sure the grade is set for proper drainage and to ensure the sod makes contact with ground for proper root development and a healthier lawn. We roll every sod installation we do after the sod has been laid and adjust your irrigation system after installation.
